1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only for eligible products.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased during sale, discount, or clearance offers

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

• Share clear product images or an unboxing video for verification

• Once verified, we will provide a replacement or suitable resolution

4. Return Approval

• All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Shravya Passion.

• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

5. Refund Process

• Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchange Instead of Refund

• In most cases, we offer exchange rather than a direct refund.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Return Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

• For returns due to personal preference, size issues, or incorrect selection, shipping charges may be deducted or borne by the customer.

8. Cancellation & Refund

• Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.

• Orders cancelled after shipping are not eligible for refund.
